Richard Whitehurst has over 20 years in advisory experience and operational experience as a Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, his areas of expertise include operations and financial management, strategic planning and analysis, technology utilization, internal controls and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Whitehurst received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA with emphasis in Corporate Finance from Georgia State University.
